Bonjour ! Très bon café, belle qualité... On reconnaît les spécificités des cafés selon leur origine. Je donne 4 étoiles simplement parce que je préfère mon café un peu plus corsé et donc je vais faire une autre sélection dans votre gamme classique (je le bois uniquement en piston, modèle Espro à partir de grains entiers moulus avec un Baratza virtuoso). Un super bon café à un prix très honnête. Le personnel est motivé et connait son métier. Je viens d'essayer le Fuego en espresso et il est vraiment bon! Sinon, pour le latte, je conseille le barrista.
